The Proposal Manager is crucial to winning meaningful work for the talented Architects and designers who ing Steinberg’s projects in Los Angeles to life. This is a diverse hands-on position that requires initiative, and critical thinking. We seek a seasoned proposal expert that is dedicated, savvy, and tireless. This position balances daily systems and organizational tasks with complex deadline-driven projects all with this goal in mind: Develop a sales approach, taking direction from LA principals, that far outpaces our competition. Position Requirements.

Education: Relevant 4 year degree (i.e., English, Journalism, Marketing, Liberal Arts)

Experience: minimum 5 years in a relevant position. This is a writing intensive job, and requires strong editing, proofreading, spelling, and grammatical skills; and eye for detail, excellent time management and organizational skills. Experience in the A/E industry, preferably Architecture is highly desirable.
<>
Computer skills: Minimum, fluency with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign (advanced understanding of document management a big plus), Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office and database programs. Knowledge of Deltek Vision, or other CRM database preferred.

The Ayzenberg Group, an advertising agency located in the heart of Old Town Pasadena, is looking for a full-time in-house Flash Designer to join our growing interactive team.

What do we do?

Our interactive team builds websites, rich media and peer-to-peer applications for clients primarily in the videogame industry. Not only do we build websites, we design the pack, make the print ads and shoot the spots. Like games? Interested in working on major new releases? We want to talk to you!

What will you do?

In joining our growing interactive group, you’ll work with a talented team of designers and animators to build spectacular websites and online advertisements that win awards, dazzle clients and entertain gamers. Our team will come to you with questions and ideas and together you’ll make great things happen.

What do you need to know?

• At least 2 years professional experience utilizing Flash.

• Intermediate to strong ActionScript skills.

• Completely comfortable with Flash Video (and you scoff at the idea of using the Macromedia video component).

• Understand the complexities of optimizing file size and processor performance.

• Must be comfortable working with Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as timeline animation in Flash.
