Responsibilities & Requirements
<br>
- Must be able to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays, as needed
<br>
- Must have a strong and efficient work ethic; both independently and with a team
<br>
- Must ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, greeting and acknowledging every customer and sufficiently accomodating any reasonable meal requests
<br>
- Operate a cash register quickly and accurately process guest transactions
<br>
- Accurately take meal orders from customers, communicate it to the kitchen staff, confirm its accuracy, and run correct meals to customers
<br>
- Basic barista/coffee knowledge to brew coffee/ice tea and operate an espresso machine (will train)
<br>
- Restocking of food items, disposables and equipment in the front of house as well as storage areas
<br>
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cafe and service area, up to and including: sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and washing
<br>
- Maintain neat appearance at all times
<br>
- Accurately and efficiently count inventory weekly every Thursday
<br>
- Any other reasonable tasks as assigned by the management staff
<br>
- Must have physical ability to stand for entire shift and to perform all functions required by the job
<br>
- Able to lift at least 30~ pounds
