Account Manager Role:

A BrandCulture Account Manager serves as the primary client contact for the life of a client engagement, managing a variety of strategy, design, and organizational development projects. The Account Manager is responsible for managing internal and freelance resources and client teams to ensure the timely and profitable completion of all deliverables. The Account Manager is also expected to nurture the client/agency relationship, in order to identify opportunities for additional work.

This particular Account Manager will also serve as an internal resource on interactive projects across a variety of client relationships, leading the creation of websites, employee portals, and interactive communications deliverables.

Requirements:
<>
• 3+ years experience managing interactive projects on either client or agency side
<>
• Experience managing interactive projects from inception through completion
<>
• Familiarity with business and technical aspects of websites, extranets, intranets, email campaigns, and SEO
<>
• Innate curiosity about interactive trends, developments, and best practices
<>
• Experience managing teams of designers, programmers, and copywriters
<>
• Confidence and presence to engage with executive-level audiences
<>
• Exceptional verbal and written skills
<>
• Sense of humor
<>
• Fastidiousness
<>
• Creativity
