Assistant Manager (Santa Monica)

We are a well established self storage company seeking an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate is a dynamic self starter with a great personality and proven sales skills. Excellent phone skills are required since many sales are made from inbound phone calls, and experience resolving customer issues is also very important. Other duties include: showing storage units, renting moving trucks to people, making collection calls, handling multiple calls, running reports, performing walk-throughs, overseeing the accurate completion of legal documents, filing and data entry.

Requirements include: working weekends, passing a background check which includes in depth criminal check and drug screening.
