JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Individual is responsible for developing and implementing and strategies to meet marketing objectives.
<>

*Create and ing to market new product launches.
<>
*Assist in development of business/and strategies for new product launches and inventory management.
<>
*EXPERIENCE IN THE BEAUTY INDUSTRY REQUIRED*

*Participate in projects from initial concept to implementation
<>
*Coordinate tasks between various cross-functional teams involved: including product and formula concept, formula testing and approval, quality control testing, package selection, package copy and follow through to product launch.
<>
*Complete all levels of research and analysis: including consumer, salon and product trends; competitive analysis; and compile feedback from the domestic and international field.
<>
*Determine product opportunities for both the Companys ands for development and execution.
<>
*Present product development initiatives to sales force.

Requirements:

*At least 1-3 years relevant work experience in the professional beauty industry.*
<>
* Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field required.
<>
*Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
<>
*Proven leadership skills, proactive ideas, and effective influencing skills.
<>
*Able to multi-task many projects and work under pressure.
<>
*Creative, curious, open, enthusiast and dynamic.
<>
*Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
