In addition you will develop sets of documents from concept to completion including layouts and interior architecture. You must have a thorough understanding of construction methods and produce high quality millwork and cabinet sections and details. By your proven ability to push forward to the goal under pressure, you will be able to skillfully negotiate around roadblocks and obstacles to follow through and complete tasks on schedule and within budgeted hours and maintaining a billable hour level on a weekly basis.

Success in this position requires a high level of problem solving skills; a flexible, patient and consistent approach; the knack to take the time to teach the ‘why’s and ‘how’s, rather than merely assigning tasks; and excellent organization and time management skills.

Examples of tasks and deliverables include:

    • Manage the team’s junior staff and ensure questions are answered and that issues are addressed.

    • Monitoring and tracking production of CD drawings for permit and FF&E specifications for purchasing on multiple projects. Reviewing construction documents and specifications for content and accuracy.

We have the capability to accurately render photometric studies, and can work with you from day one with affordable options to help maximize the potential of your design. Our renderings and animations can improve communication with clients, helping them understand the importance of lighting, materials, landscape and form – even during conceptual design.

We’ve worked directly with architects, planners, university administrators, and owners on projects around the United States, helping visualize and sell their designs. While there are many visualization options available to you, we understand that a good rendering communicates an ENVIRONMENT or EXPERIENCE, and is more than simply a snapshot of a building or object.
