Both patients use gtubes and noninvasive ventilation. Must be able to help with all ADls and be comfortable with medical technology. Must be able to transfer patient from wheelchair to bed. Must be able to lift 110 pounds. Starting pay is 17 per hour and medical benefits and 401 k available after waiting period. Counts as subacute experience on you resume but much less demanding than a facility. Must work well with caregivers and be a team player. Must be reliable and have a sense of humor.
