This is a full-time position for an experienced Property Supervisor/ Office Manager or Office Administrator (this is not a Resident Manager’s position).

You will be working with the Resident Managers through their Property Supervisor as well as with the Bookkeeping Dept., Maintenance Supervisor and the principal of the company. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS-

Varied administrative functions that include:

-Telephone or written follow-up

-Assisting in the hiring, training, and evaluating of on-site Resident Managers

-Inspect property common areas, rental units, and vacant units and complete the necessary site inspection reports when requested

-Take the iniative to research and complete projects as assigned by management

-Prepare financial reports or spreadsheets as required (Excel/ Quickbooks)

-Assist principal of company with administrative responsibilities as required

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE:

You must have a minimum of three years residential management experience. Bilingual- English/ Spanish a plus. You must be familiar with Microsoft Office programs. Quickbooks knowledge is helpful, but not required. Excellent references along with a clean criminal, driving record and good credit history are required as well.
