Technical Support / Webmaster Position

Full or Part time

Vision Internet (www.visioninternet.com), a successful award-winning web development firm in Santa Monica, is seeking someone to join our technical support/website maintenance staff. This is an ideal position for a passionate individual who wants to ing their networking and programming skills into practice. This is an opportunity for you to move to the next level. You will be trained to maintain our office and hosting networks.

• 1 year experience in Microsoft infrastructure: Windows Server, SQL Server
• Hand coding HTML
• Experience in phone support

MAJOR ACTIVITIES:

• Updating website content
• Creating minor graphics
• Populating content
• Providing technical support for clients
• Setting up website hosting in IIS and email accounts
• Maintaining and troubleshooting our office network and servers
• Installing hardware and software on Windows workstation/servers
• Documenting internal procedures.

• $30,000-$33,000 Depending on Experience (DOE) OR this can be a part time position at $15/hr.
